Terms and conditions

The following booking conditions form the basis of your contract with Kwalix SAS (“we”, “us” and “our”). Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read and have read these booking conditions and agree to them.

Disclaimer

The tour is taken at customers own risk. Paint your Alebrije accepts no responsibility for personal injury, theft or harm of any nature, and reserves the right at all times to refuse admission, change, or cancel the tour. By attending the trip to Arrazola, you confirm that you are of proper mental and physical health.
The private car we use to take you from Oaxaca City to Arrazola and back has liability insurance provided by AXA Mexico.

Prices

All prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued. Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advise otherwise.

Departure point

The location of the departure point can be found in the description of the tour and is stated on your booking confirmation. We can not be held responsible for clients showing up late for their tours.

Availability

The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. Tour is confirmed when full payment is received.

Important

We request that you carefully check the dates on your voucher and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.

Payment options

The following payment options are available:

  • Paypal
    If you select this payment method, it will direct you to the PayPal homepage. After entering the necessary data, you get automatically redirected to this homepage in order to complete your booking.
  • Cash on arrival 
    You also have the option to pay in cash at the beginning of our tour.

Cancellations and changes 

Please contact us in case you wish to switch dates for free. The sooner your request, the better. At least one day in advance will help us make it happen for you!

Our refund policy for canceled bookings:

  • Cancellations less than 12 hours before departure time and no-show: 0%
  • Cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours before departure time: 25 %
  • Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before departure date: 50%
  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before departure date: 75%

Please understand that we can’t refund 100% of your booking price as any money transfer includes administration fees for us.

Unfortunately, we can’t refund you any portion of your payment if you miss the tour without getting in contact with us before.
